Suzuki launched in 2022 with a new look and major updates on some of their oldest models. It includes a redesigned Jimny featuring a brand new super-powerful engine.
Its Boosterjet engine is a great source of performance and fierce feel, all in small SUV proportions. It is ideal for roads that are sealed, but can also be used on bumpy terrain.
Swift Sport
Suzuki’s Swift comes with a brand new, sporting version that will be available in 2017. Swift Sport has the same 1.4 K14C Boosterjet similar to the previous model, but sporting 140 PS (103 kW/138 bhp(or DIN) as well as 300 Nm of torque. A new rear spoiler and wider tyres, a dual exhausts, and red interior accents add to the appeal. The safety kit is equipped with advanced front detection, lane-keeping steerage as well as signal recognition for traffic.
The interior is made of unappealing hard plastics, but the Sport’s rotary heating as well as air-con controls look nice, as is the dimpled leather D-shaped steering wheel. The analog-based instruments that are the main focus of the car are supported by a coloured display which shows engine, the turbo boost and braking usage. The sports seats that are heavily cushioned are extremely comfortable and give this Swift Sport the feel of having a hot, stylish hatchback. The back seats too can be used for three passengers, but headroom is limited. The cargo space is a bit limited though.
